At Temperley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day window for returns on all full-priced items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garments are unworn to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included inside the box.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Hand your package to the designated courier at a local drop-off point or schedule a complimentary home collection through our logistics partner.
